1. Initial Site

Initially BeesStructures will attend your site to carry out an inspection to establish the sort of terrain that will house the designated structure.

As illustrated we undertake projects upon all types of terrain. We simply address any problems we encounter by laying track way, leveling floors, etc. to provide a sound base for the building.

2. Assembly and Frame Layout

On arrival we would secure the site, and start to lay the framework by measuring and securing the baseplates. Meticulous attention to health and safety is maintained by the site manager who oversees all aspect on the installation.

This process needs to be carried out with the utmost care to ensure a smooth and efficient structure

3. Erect Frame

The erection is executed either by hand if a small structure or using mechanical handling on the larger structures. All operatives have been trained in the use of all appropriate plant and equipment. The erected frame is then fixed and the relevant purlins and bracing installed prior to the outer shell being attached.

4. Install Roof and Gable Fabric/ Air System

The roof and outer skin of the marquee are attached – this will be where the planning and client specification has been crucial, because floppy or hard sides are used, insulated roofs if required, doors are fitted, or maybe a quick skin of PVC for a fast shelter.

 

5. Overhead and Personnel Door Installation

The various types of door are installed, either pedestrian, fire exit, glazed, panoramic walls, showroom opening, or electric roller shutter. The various bays of the structure can have different facilities in each.

Roller Shutters or spin doors are fitted at this point

 

6. Completed Structure

After the original design and concept, the success of a finished project is always a pleasure to behold. The interior detailing with flooring, lighting, heating, screening and partitioning, each bespoke structure is ready to put into operation.
